Terms and Conditions; Car Detailing

Welcome to Ultimate Top Notch Garage. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to allow Ultimate Top Notch Garage to provide car detailing services as per the details outlined during booking. You confirm that the vehicle belongs to you or that you have permission from the owner to engage our services.

Scope of Services

We offer the following services: exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, polishing, waxing, engine cleaning and other detailing services. The scope of each service will be determined during the booking process. All services will be performed to the best of our ability; however, results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made by phone or in person. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept the following payment methods: [Credit card, Debit card or Cash].

Pricing and Fees

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted during booking may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection. Additional services, treatments requested or required may incur additional fees which will be agreed upon before proceeding.

Vehicle Condition

It is your responsibility to disclose any issues with your vehicle including damage, stains or defects.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damages such as defects, issues, paint defects, scratches and faulty parts. While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for minor scratches or swirl marks that may occur during the detailing process on already deteriorated surfaces.

Damage and Liability

Ultimate Top Notch Garage is not responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems that occur during or after the detailing process unless they are directly caused by our negligence. You must remove all personal items from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items left in the vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage to the vehicle caused by Ultimate Top Notch Garage, the damage will be assessed and we will cover repair costs based on the repair estimate.

Service Satisfaction

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours after completion of the job. We will make every effort to address any issues and offer a suitable remedy including but not limited to re-cleaning areas of concern.

Health and Safety

We follow strict health and safety protocols during our detailing services. We may refuse service if the vehicle presents health or safety risks such as biohazards or hazardous materials.

Force Majeure

Ultimate Top Notch Garage is not liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control including extreme weather conditions, natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

Privacy

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details and vehicle information solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law. By using our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions.

Use of Images

We reserve the right to take photographs of the vehicle windows before and after the detailing process for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your property to be used in promotional materials, please notify us in writing prior to the completion of the service.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

Terms and Conditions; Tinting

Welcome to Ultimate Top Notch Garage. By accessing our window tinting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, do not use our services.

Services

We provide window tinting services for vehicles. Our services include the application of various grades of window tint films, UV protection films and custom tinting solutions. 

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the windows at the time of service. Additional fees may apply if unexpected issues are encountered during installation such as removing old tint.

Bookings and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed. We accept the following payment methods: [Credit card, Debit card or Cash]. Failure to make full payment after completion may result in legal action or the imposition of additional late fees.

Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and installation. The warranty includes bubbling, peeling and fading due to poor workmanship or defective materials. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse or damage caused by objects such as keys or seat belts hitting the tint. Any repairs or alterations made by third parties to the tinted windows will void the warranty.

Window Tinting Legalities

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the requested tinting complies with the local, state or federal regulations regarding legal tint percentages and restrictions. We are not liable for any fines or penalties incurred due to the installation of illegal tint percentages as requested by the client.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in additional fees.

Vehicle and Window Condition

Clients must ensure that the vehicle or windows are clean and free from dirt, debris and other contaminants prior to installation. Excessive dirt may result in additional cleaning fees. Any pre-existing damage to the windows such as chips or cracks must be disclosed prior to installation. We are not responsible for damage caused by tint application on pre-damaged glass.

Care Instructions

Clients will receive care instructions after tint installation. It is important to follow these instructions to maintain the tint’s appearance and durability. We recommend not rolling down vehicle windows for at least 24 hours after installation to allow the tint film to fully adhere to the glass. Use of ammonia-based cleaners can damage window tint film and will void the warranty.

Liability

While we take great care in the installation process, we are not liable for any damage to the vehicle or windows caused by improper care after installation or for pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the installation or use of our window tinting services.

Tint Removal

Tint removal is available as a separate service. We are not responsible for any damage to windows caused during the removal of old tint film. Removal of old or improperly installed tint may require additional time and fees.

Use of Images

We reserve the right to take photographs of the vehicle windows before and after the tinting process for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your property to be used in promotional materials, please notify us in writing prior to the completion of the service.

Terms and Conditions; Vinyl Wraps

Welcome to Ultimate Top Notch Garage. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide vinyl wrapping services for vehicles. The vinyl wraps are applied to alter the appearance of the object without permanent modification. The services offered include full vehicle wraps, partial wraps and removals.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Prices may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle or item at the time of service. Additional fees may apply if unforeseen issues arise during the installation such as damages to the surface or additional labour required due to item condition.

Booking and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the following payment methods: [Debit card, Credit card or cash]. If full payment is not received we reserve the right to remove the vinyl wrap or take legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

Vinyl Wrap Care and Warranty

The longevity of the vinyl wrap depends on the materials used, environmental factors and maintenance. We provide warranty covering installation defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage due to improper maintenance, accidents or exposure to harsh chemicals. We will provide care instructions after the service. Failure to follow these care instructions may void the warranty.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Clients may reschedule without penalty up to 72 hours before their appointment. Rescheduling after this period may result in additional fees.

Vehicle or Item Condition

Clients must ensure that the vehicle or item is clean and free of any substances that may interfere with the vinyl wrap process. Any existing damage such as scratches or dents must be disclosed before the service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by or occurring after installation due to improper care, accidents or other causes beyond our control.

Liability

We will take reasonable care to avoid damage during the vinyl wrapping process. However, we are not liable for any damage to the vehicle or item that may occur unless caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for any loss of income, damage or inconvenience caused by the installation or removal of vinyl wraps.

Removal of Vinyl Wraps

Vinyl wrap removal is available as a separate service. We are not responsible for any damage caused during the removal of wraps applied by other companies or individuals. Removal of vinyl wrap after extended periods may result in damage to the surface. We are not responsible for such damage unless removal was done by us.

Use of Images

We reserve the right to take photographs of your vehicle or item before and after the vinyl wrap installation and use them for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for images of your vehicle or item to be used, please notify us prior to the completion of the service.

Terms and Conditions; Paint Protection Film

By using the services provided by Ultimate Top Notch Garage, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with the service.

Scope of Service

Ultimate Top Notch Garage provides professional installation of paint protection film (PPF) for vehicles. The service includes consultation, installation and aftercare guidance for the protection film. The PPF is designed to protect your vehicle’s surface from scratches, chips and other environmental damage.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Prices may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle or item at the time of service. Additional fees may apply if unforeseen issues arise during the installation such as damages to the surface or additional labour required due to item condition.

Customer Responsibilities

Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be in a clean and satisfactory condition prior to installation. Any pre-existing damage such as scratches, dents or paint imperfections must be disclosed to Ultimate Top Notch Garage prior to the installation. Access to Vehicle: The customer must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time for installation. Any delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges. Aftercare: The customer agrees to follow the aftercare instructions provided by Ultimate Top Notch Garage to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the film. 

Installation

Surface Preparation: Ultimate Top Notch Garage will take every precaution to ensure the surface is properly prepared before applying the PPF. However, the company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or defects in the vehicle’s paint or surface. Precision and Fitment: While we strive for perfect fitment, slight imperfections or minor misalignments may occur due to the nature of the film and the contours of the vehicle. Film Cure Time: The film requires a curing period of up to 1 week after installation. The customer agrees not to wash or apply pressure to the film during this time.

Warranty

Ultimate Top Notch Garage offers a 7 year warranty on the paint protection film covering defects such as yellowing, peeling and bubbling under normal use conditions. This warranty is void if: The film is improperly cared for (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals). Damage results from accidents, misuse or intentional harm. Unauthorized removal or tampering with the film occurs. The warranty only covers the replacement of the defective film and does not cover any underlying damage to the vehicle’s paint.

Exclusions and Limitations

Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any damages or imperfections that exist prior to the installation. Damage Due to Third Parties: Any damage caused by third-party installers, service providers or the customer will not be covered under this agreement.

Payment Terms
